NOA
Parking Intelligence

Your outdoor car park is full of data you've never seen.

Real-time occupancy and field asset monitoring for outdoor parking — sensor-based, wireless, no cameras, no cabling, no disruption to operations. Two devices. One solution. Every space instrumented. Every asset accounted for.

Outdoor parking is a two-part problem.

Most outdoor parking solutions stop at occupancy — knowing which spaces are free. But large outdoor parking areas have a second operational problem: the field assets that guide drivers to those spaces. Signs get moved, knocked over, or misaligned. Without visibility, teams drive the lot manually to check. NOA solves both.

NOA Scout

Field asset monitoring.

Monitors the signs, barriers, and wayfinding assets deployed across your parking area. Alerts when something moves, tips, or ends up in the wrong place — so your team only goes out when the data says to.

Case Study — NOA Scout

Global technology campus. Hundreds of field assets. Zero manual checks.

A global technology campus deploys directional signs across a large outdoor parking area to guide employees to available spaces. Before NOA Scout, signs were regularly moved, knocked over, or misaligned — and the only way to find them was to drive the lot.

Before NOA Scout

  • Field team drove the lot regularly to locate missing or misaligned signs
  • No way to know which assets were down until a driver or employee reported it
  • Significant crew time spent on reactive checks across a large outdoor area

After NOA Scout

  • Every sign reports its location, heading, and physical state automatically
  • Alerts fire when an asset moves, tips, or faces the wrong direction
  • Field crew dispatched only when the platform says action is needed

How It Works

What problem does NOA parking intelligence solve?

Multi-storey and indoor parking has been instrumented for years. Outdoor surface lots — often the largest parking asset on a site — have almost no data. No real-time occupancy. No visibility into the field assets guiding drivers. NOA closes both gaps.

How does NOA Scout know when an asset needs attention?

Scout wakes when movement is detected. Once the asset comes to rest, it evaluates three things: where it is, which direction it's facing, and whether it's still upright. If any of those are outside expected parameters, an alert fires. Your team only goes out when the data says to.

Does NOA Scout involve cameras or GPS tracking of people?

No. Scout monitors the state of field assets — signs, barriers, and similar deployed equipment. It reports the condition of the asset, not the movement of people. No video, no ANPR, no personal data of any kind.

What types of sites use NOA Scout?

Corporate campuses with large outdoor parking areas, airports with dispersed field signage, stadiums and event venues, shopping centres with surface lots, and any operator managing distributed outdoor assets across a site.

What types of sites is the Parking Puck pilot open to?

Corporate campuses with 200 or more outdoor car parking spaces, airport operators with outdoor staff or visitor lots, stadiums and event venues, shopping centres with surface parking, and municipalities.
